Phil

Owner

Phil is a Navy trained deep-sea diver and a Certified Hyperbaric Technician and chamber operator.
After graduating in 1983 from the U.S. Navy’s Scuba School, Phil worked as reconnaissance diver. Furthering his education, Phil graduated in 1985 from the U.S. Navy’s Second Class Dive School and became a certified deep-sea diver for the 294th Dive Detachment. Phil accumulated 11 years of experience in both chamber and dive operations. He is a civilian Master Diver and a Commercial Diver.
Phil is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), has worked for the Fire Department for over 20 years and is a certified Swift Water Rescue Instructor.
Phil currently lives in Hailey, Idaho, with his family and has been studying hyperbaric medicine for over ten years.

With nearly a decade of experience in clerical and managerial roles, our former executive assistant is a cornerstone of our office team. Her extensive background equips her with the expertise needed to handle a wide range of administrative challenges. More than just skilled, she brings a delightful mix of wit and charm to our workplace, infusing energy and a positive spirit into our daily operations. Her presence not only enhances productivity but also enriches our office culture, making it a more vibrant and engaging place to work.

Holly

Office Manager

Holly holds an AS in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Social Work from the College of Southern Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northcentral University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience and is currently pursuing a PhD in Chiropractic Science. Holly has completed the Skills for Success Program and maintains a Habilitation Interventionist certificate as well as a current CPR certification. Raised with a deep respect for natural medicine and holistic healing, she has remained actively involved in her community by teaching and fundraising for The Advocates, supporting individuals with disabilities at Oakland County Mental Health, and volunteering at Swiftsure Ranch. In her free time, Holly enjoys exploring Idaho’s hot springs, hiking, gardening, and studying natural health—all reflections of her passion for nature and helping others thrive.

Nancy Parry, M.D., A.A.F.P., F.A.C.F.P.

Medical Director for Hyperbarics of Sun Valley

Dr. Parry is certified in Diving and Hyperbaric Team Training with Chamber Operation and Transcutaneous Oximetry (tcpO2 or TCOM, is a local, non-invasive measurement reflecting the amount of O2 that has diffused from the capillaries, through the epidermis).
